All orders placed with a PO BOX shipping address will be sent via FedEx SmartPost or USPS, as FedEx Ground or Overnight does not deliver to a PO BOX.

For your convenience we accept Discover, Master Card and Visa. You can also send your payment to the address above. Please note that it make take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the unopened items within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be in unopened resalable condition and contain the original packing material. Personal Care Products will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.
Before returning any product, please have the following information on hand when calling customer service: customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem.
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Personal Care Products, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will pick up the item from at our cost. For any other return, you could be responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
Terms & Policies
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Personal Care Products is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your products need to be returned.
All defective products except those that have been opened or used will be accepted by Personal Care Products for credit or exchange at Personal Care Products' discretion within 30 days from the invoice date.
Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by Personal Care Products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.
All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition and must include original packing material.
Personal Care Products reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
